We dress in dark, conservative formal attire appropriate for a funeral service.

Our camera equipment is compact and does not require large, intrusive rigging or lighting setups that would disturb the solemnity of the service. We work with existing venue lighting and adjust our equipment settings to ensure a clear, respectful image regardless of the room conditions.

Complete Private Streaming Setup

Privacy is non-negotiable for funeral services. We configure your stream on a private, password-protected or unlisted platform so that only the family members you choose can access it. Options include:

• YouTube (Unlisted) — accessible only via direct link; does not appear in public search or YouTube's discovery algorithms
• Vimeo (Private) — password-protected stream; particularly robust privacy controls
• Custom Private Streaming Platform — if the funeral home has a preferred platform, we can configure our encoder to stream to their system
• Facebook (Private Group) — stream to a closed family group visible only to approved members

We provide you with the viewing link and access instructions in a format that's easy to forward to family members. We can also create a simple information sheet explaining how remote attendees access the stream on different devices.

Professional Audio Capture

Audio clarity is critical at a funeral service. Family members watching remotely need to hear every eulogy, every prayer, every song, and every word spoken in tribute. Poor audio is deeply distressing — it robs remote viewers of the connection they need at this difficult time.

Every funeral livestream includes a permanent, full HD recording of the service. We deliver the recording as a downloadable MP4 file within 24–48 hours of the service. This recording belongs to the family and can be cherished indefinitely. Many families use the recording to:

Many funerals include a graveside committal service following the chapel service. We provide streaming for both components — either as a seamlessly continued single stream or as two separate broadcasts. Graveside services present technical challenges (no venue Wi-Fi, outdoor lighting variability, weather) that our team handles with purpose-built cellular bonding equipment and professional outdoor camera setups.

Our cellular bonding encoders aggregate multiple mobile data connections (from different carriers) to create a stable, high-bandwidth connection wherever the service takes place. Rural Alberta cemetery locations are well within our capability to serve.

Urgent Funeral Livestream Bookings

Death does not give advance notice. Funeral services are typically arranged within days of a loss. We understand this and maintain crew availability to respond to urgent funeral streaming requests with as little as 24–48 hours of notice. While we always prefer more planning time to ensure optimal setup, we will not turn away a family in need due to short notice when we have crew available.
