We recommend booking 9–18 months in advance, especially for peak season (June–September) and popular venues in Edmonton, Calgary, Banff, and the Rocky Mountains. Dates fill quickly — once you've confirmed your venue, reaching out to us immediately is strongly advisable. We do accommodate shorter notice bookings when availability allows.
Most full-day (8-hour) wedding packages deliver 500–800 fully edited, high-resolution images. Multi-day or larger weddings with multiple photographers can deliver 1,000+ images. Every image is individually reviewed, colour graded, and retouched before delivery. You receive all images via a private online gallery with download access.
Yes — most of our wedding packages include or offer an optional engagement session. Engagement sessions serve two important purposes: first, you get beautiful images to use for save-the-dates, wedding websites, and décor; second, you and your partner get comfortable in front of our cameras before the wedding day, which always improves the natural quality of the wedding day images.
In the extremely rare event of a genuine emergency that prevents your primary photographer from attending, we maintain a network of professional backup photographers across Alberta who can step in. We have never missed a wedding in our operating history. Every wedding booking is backed by a professional services contract that includes contingency provisions.
Yes — we photograph weddings throughout Alberta and for destination weddings across Canada. Popular Alberta wedding locations we regularly serve include Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, Red Deer, Lethbridge, Grande Prairie, Medicine Hat, and the full range of rural Alberta wedding venues. Travel fees apply for locations beyond our standard coverage zone.
